Quarsis is an Illithid elder brain (they/them). They are known as "The Patient One," since their plans often span worlds and decades.
Quarsis is primarily responsible for the Adintech Conspiracy. Nails recognized a "Puppetmaster" behind the Conspiracy (see Adintech Strategic Alert).
According to Gatriel, Quarsis serves The Court Beyond the Door: a faction of the Far Realm. Little is known about the Court.
