Quarsis is primarily responsible for the Adintech Conspiracy. Nails recognized a "Puppetmaster" behind the Conspiracy (see Adintech Strategic Alert).

According to Gatriel, Quarsis serves The Court Beyond the Door: a faction of the Far Realm. Little is known about the Court.
