Raptor Blue is a team of Unbound based in Chicago. A "Raptor Team" is an elite, small, long-term tactical force. RaPT3R stands for "Rapid Paranormal Tactical Response, Rescue, & Research."

Vanguard of the Wyrm Princes

Myriad: points to Draco. "This being is partly borne of a metabiotic crystal created from the death of Eshlix Anzaar, female dragonborn cleric of Bahamut and member of the Roving Guard. Eshlix might already have been destined to serve as the Dragon Herald, and thus this being may be fulfilling that duty in another form. Unfortunately, we weren't able to interdict the inclusion of Eslix' crystal in the Wasteland 2.0 opioid. Yet here they are regardless, ready to serve Bahamut and his champions, the Wyrm Princes of the Celestial Circle. This being will excel in roles that require research and surveillance, to find evidence of the Princes' adversaries and track them to their domains."
Myriad points to Lyndi. "This being is partly borne of a metabiotic crystal created from the death of Safire Skyguard, male elf paladin of Erevan Ilesere and member of the Roving Guard. The Herald is accompanied by the Dragon Eye. The Eye shall know the Wyrm Princes' laws and help the Herald track those who violate them. The Eye--this being--will excel in roles like constable and sleuth."
Myriad points to Chuck on the view screen. "This being is partly borne of a metabiotic crystal created from the death of Dura Graybow, female half-orc barbarian and member of the Roving Guard. The Herald is accompanied by the Dragon Shield. The Shield shall guard the Herald's back. The Shield--this being--will excel in roles like castellan and rear guard."
Myriad points to Cyrus. "This being was Changed through means other than metabiotic crystal. The Herald is accompanied by the Dragon Knight. The Knight shall carry out the justice of the Wyrm Princes and inspire the Herald's retinue, the Vanguard. The Knight--this being--will excel in roles like man at arms and executioner."
Myriad points to Jane. "This being is partly borne of a metabiotic crystal created from the death of Uhoshi Nevro, female tiefling druid and sometimes-ally of the Roving Guard. The Herald is accompanied by an Earthkeeper, to parlay an alliance between the forces of Nature and the Wyrm Princes, on the worlds where battles must happen. The Earthkeeper shall help Nature understand that while such battles can have dire collateral damage, the greater cost of letting the adversaries persist is an inevitable, insidious poisoning of the world. Strain is just one example of such poison. The Earthkeeper--this being--shall excel in uncovering such poisons, and swaying Nature to allow the Princes to arrive and to act."
Myriad points to Ryu. "This being was Changed through other means than metabiotic crystal. The Wyrm Princes send a Dragon Fire-Wielder to the Herald. The Fire-Wielder shall school the Herald in respecting the duty they have been given and the power on which they can draw. The Fire-Wielder--this being--shall excel in firm yet caring training of others, and shall not hesitate to protect the Herald, even at the price of death."

Myriad speaks in their level tone. "We are not experts on the Wyrm Princes. But all data suggests they have a singular focus on opposing evil dragons and their machinations. This singularity of focus doesn't come at the expense of collateral harm. Rather, part of the Vanguard's mission is to try to isolate the battle and its side-effects in ways that shield the world, its innocent inhabitants, and its ecosystem from harm. We have run a preliminary cross-lattice analysis of the Wyrm Princes' evident modus operandi and it appears compatible with R3M standard operating procedures in 97.8% of hypothetical scenarios."
