Storm Top is a portal nexus anchored in the air above the Outlands. It's currently held by the same goblin band that holds Oneg's Exchange.
The League of the Rusted Crown held Storm Top and used it to traffic slaves and bloodstones out of Tessera. The nexus was seized by the Titan Breakers on October 19, 2017.
