Sphere Net is a vast, secret network used by gods to communicate with and empower their agents. When a cleric or paladin receives spells or channels divinity, they’re using Sphere Net. The Net is part of the Swift.

Sphere Net is an interpretation of reality via the Technomancy paradigm. A typical cleric doesn’t hold that paradigm and so they don’t think of the experience of connecting with their god as using a “network.”

Sphere Net is inextricable from the Weave. Some experts believe that Sphere Net is a “channel” or “piggyback signal” in the Weave. The Weave tends to be stronger in areas of life (e.g., thriving biomes) and weaker in areas of unlike (e.g., deep space). It’s unclear whether Sphere Net has similar variations in “signal strength.”

Sphere Net essentially touches every point in the multiverse, including the boundary of the Far Realm. Some experts believe that the will of the gods is channeled through Sphere Net and maintains that barrier.
