[Brother Iron says] For Unbound, time and space can work in funny ways. I'm going to show you some things directly, by tapping into the Chain via my link with Jane. Some of these things happened more than one hundred years ago. I will try to show you things as they were. You might really see them. From one perspective, because you're Unbound, you're actually there. Throughout your life as an Unbound, you may find yourself moving, or slipping, forwards or backwards in time.

Slippage makes it easier for Unbound to actually travel through time. Some divine powers take advantage of this and use Unbound as time-traveling agents of their will.
