RB 6-2: Aftermath at the Tower, then Grandfather Brass & Victor

Mission Report

Meeting with allies: Lyndi Fletcher (Aslene)

The team lead the securing and clean-up of the bailey after the battle. Gwen Hunts Beyond meets briefly with Kromrak to give him a copy of data from Station 86G. Kromrak questions a Mercykillers Named, Jyreese Perry. Shiro, Belica, and Sylvena defuse the Hoarder's bloodstone heart. Ruthless Stalker arrives; she's Proud's aunt. She takes a room in the Clever Toad Inn. The team confers with Grandfather Brass. Finally, some of the team visits Victor's Secret.

Aftermath of the Battle

• Lyndi is off to meet with Clell Omri of the Harmonium
• Lyndi's tentative plan
• 1) Drop off ship archive at college in the Tower of Brass Leaves and ask Danja to help study it (especially the info Kromrak requested Sylvi find for him)
• 2) Jane - Shiro - Bellica - Proud - Phobos --> Go to Victor's and visit tinker contacts to obtain Hornwood Equation software for the Tartegrade
• 3) Sylvi - Lyndi - Kromrak ---> Visit the space under the Tower of Brass Leaves to work on possible connection with Grandfather tree and lazotep
• Beyond that
• 4) Prepare and run the Stabbing Caterina op
• 5) Prepare and run the voyage into the Magitec Expanse
  • Near Ravnica
  • 1) Drop off Nasha Pogray at the Yellow Dagger station. (This is a black market station.)
  • 2) Inspect Miranda Station to follow up on the lead that Perfidy's family might be there, trafficked there by the League of the Rusted Crown.
  • 3) Inspect Station 86G, where Kromrak was Changed. Their family, the Clan of the High Pass, destroyed it at the time.

• The Hoarder of Hates lies defeated in the bailey
• The street and the bailey are damaged from the Hoarder bursting and tunneling multiple times
• Gwen Hunts Beyond met briefly with Kromrak
• The crowd of civilians includes staff from the Tower's businesses, their customers, and construction workers
• The crowd's injuries have been treated. Some of the customers have left. Some have stayed to finish their business here (Sigil folk are resilient)

• DABOS Drone Model A x3 arrive to repair street
• DABOS Drone Model E arrives to monitor Myriad

Jyreese

• Suspicious goliath claims to be a laborer in the Prison, and Mercykillers
• Name: Jyreese Perry, Namer
• Has tin faction badge
• Was here to buy a tea set for his boss' anniversary
• Max: There's an effort started to make official faction rolls, that is, membership lists, accessible in SigilNet. Still work in progress.
• Kromrak lets Jyreese go

• Proud follows Jyreese and stealthily checks out his belongings
• Jane sends Dia as Proud's backup
• Proud replaces the fliers in Jyreese's pocket with Dolmodeen pamphlets
• Proud planted an Earth-tech tracker on Jyreese
• Jyreese goes to work at the Prison

Graven Hulk

• Shiro and Belica are extracting the bloodstone heart from the Hoarder of Hates
• Sylvena is getting a grip
• Belica invites Sylvena to help defuse the bloodstone heart
• Shiro and Myriad open up the Hoarder's chest
• Belica removes the bloodstone heart and takes it into her lab (aka Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion)
• Shiro and Belica defuse the heart
• Belica keeps the stones, which Lyndi can purify with her clerical spell, or she can can pass them to the Unbroken Tide for purification at Ramshead
• Myriad: What you fought was actually the scale prototype of a much larger construct. The full-size Hoarder of Hates was a graven hulk deployed on Talarin as part of an attack against a T'Aramont armory. It was destroyed by the defenders. That was 5 years ago. Evidently, Caterina Berrett had access to the prototype.
• As I said, I came to Sigil as part of the Assembler Rebellion's continuous efforts to track Assembler Plague activity. We have tentatively connected the Rebellion and the Circus Divergia. Alas, I was captured and forced into the regenerative reservoir of the Hoarder of Hates, as you observed.
• Danja takes possession of the graven hulk, after negotiating with Belica
• The DABOS Drone E followed Myriad into the mansion and out

Ruth

• The crew will repair the Clever Toad, leaving one of Jane's pillars as a memento
• Tenda Jalid, owner of the Clever Toad Inn, looks nervous but relieved that her inn is being repaired
• Margravine's family raises sheep and goats, and makes cheese
• The Drone A's are making short work of repairing the damage to the street. Within a couple hours, it will be hard to tell anything happened there.
• Phobos has returned to Big Dog size and follows Kromrak around, to be helpful as needed
• Jane negotiaties with Danja for a space at the Tower for Dolmodeen followers
• Bron goes to socialize with the gryphons, while keeping watch

• Proud's aunt, Ruthless Stalker, arrives looking for him
• Received a letter from Jane
• You can call me Ruth
• Bartholomew the crab servant
• Bart and Krom share shopping advice for shell maintenance
• Proud leads Ruth around, makes introductions
• Ruth is very interested in Shiro and tynkering
• Ruth will stay in Perfidy's cleared-out apartment in the Clever Toad
• Bartholomew stays on the ground level of the Inn
• because he's a car-sized crab

Grandfather Brass

• Max: I've continued debriefing Ordin Zarn. We have a lead on one of his past contacts. We'll chase it down while we're in town.
• Shiro delivers the archive to the designated room in the Tower. Shiro and others will need to build an interface for it
• The team confers with Grandfather Brass
• Jane knows more about caring about adamantium trees
• Grandfather Brass was a druid of the Order of the Silver Comets
• He gave up his identity and memories to become a Guardian of the people of Sigil
• The 5th Reset included a reduction of recognized factions down to 15 factions

Victor

• Kromrak works with Max on the flashdrive from Gwen
• After conferring with Kromrak, Myriad goes off to spy some more on Assembler Plague and Circus Divergia leads
• Myriad expresses interest in Dolmodeen
• Proud and Belica go shopping

• Jane, Sylvena, and Shiro go to Victor's Secret
• Victor: acid-washed jeans, black tank top, red vinyl jacket
• Word has spread that an Earthkeeper and her friends freed many bound elementals from a distant prison
• It looked like Victor was expecting a kiss on the hand, but goes along with Shiro's shake

• Shiro: In the Chain: Make sure you talk about how there's a special private connection from this screen and the one in your quarters for communication, not even I can see what you chat with her there
