Night Market Briefing
- Draco and Bron handle the briefing
- Open Thu, Fri, Sat nights, around 6 pm - after midnight
- Has existed on and off for decades, moved to different locations in the city a few times; been in current location for more than five years
- We believe origins was neutral ground for visitors, diplomats, and merchants from the Feywild, Shadowfell, and planes
- Gray market, some stolen goods
- CPD generally stays out of the heart of the market, and the crimelords prevent violent crimes from happening
- It's been a scene for alt (goths, queer pride, and masquerade), which may be a remnant from a time when marauders were present and could hide in plain sight
