Mills worked for Lena Mikhalov. He was captured by Raptor Blue at the Stayawhile Inn on November 3, 2017 (RB 1-6), and turned over to Farwatch. He's current imprisoned at an undisclosed location.

His real name is Moon Stardust Mills. (His parents were very late hippies.)
