Yaezor Niriq was a Egyptian male tiefling sorcerer. He was killed while he was attempting to assassinate the UN ambassador from Germany in 1983.
Neriq had a distinctive tattoo covering most of his back and the file includes multiple photos of it. It's 9 concentric rings of arcane symbols. All are in black ink, except the second-from-the-middle ring, which is in vivid bright blue.
Draco: I sent our report to Aunt Lyndi. Regarding the tattoos, they are Infernal runes, in an archaic dialect. The 9 rings describe and celebrate the 9 Hells. The emphasis on the 8th ring suggests that the Yaezor was a servant and/or a descendant of Mephistopheles, the lord of the 8th layer. We have minimal information on Yaezor, partly because many analog records from that time were never digitized and uploaded to the cloud, but mostly because he was a mysterious figure. The autopsy indicated that he was a marauder, and he may not have been on Earth long before the attack. His target was a RA leader in the Francia Chapter of RA in Europe. This isn't the first or last time a marauder has been implicated in an attack on RA. Evidently, the Breakwater is a source of great frustration to many outside factions and forces.
