Mission Report

Party: Lyndi Fletcher (Aslene), Jane Irwin (Cael), Cyrus Riggs (Sielic), Proud Flame (Aunne), Haelra Vayn (Basil), Shiro (DragoN), Sylvi (Daewendriel), Frislynziletheron (Aunne)

The battle in the lift shaft continues. A green dragon arrives and teleports Proud away. Bron and Draco arrive. Bron rescues Lyndi. Draco empowers Cyrus. Jane gets a snippet of communication from Proud. The dragon knocks out Gatriel. Cyrus gets the killing blow on the dragon. Phobos gets the killing blow on the golem. Jane channels Dol'modeen to free the victims in the golem's boiler. Factor Clell Omri (Harmonium) and Factor Ougyl Icnod (Fraternity of Order) arrive. They explain that Caterina Berrett has issued a bounty on them. The Factors teleport the team to safety.

Battle Continued

  • The crossbowmen continue to target Proud, although they mostly miss
  • Draco: We're on our way! But they closed some kind of blast door in the shaft!
  • Vae'gaun: I got this. *goes over the edge of the lift and starts ripping open the blast door*
  • Much noise breaking the blast door
  • While fighting the golem, Haelra, Shiro, and Sylvi observe things
  • DM: > Shiro used his spear to shove the anti-magic bomb closer to the golem
  • A green dragon arrives
  • Tries to cast a spell, two heroes try to counter it; Proud is teleported away
  • Golem uses a blood steam blast
  • Lyndi goes down
  • Bronco arrives (Bron and Draco), clumsily
  • Draco and Bron: "Get away from our family!"
  • Assembler streams: Draco out to Cyrus, Lyndi in to Bron
  • Jane Irwin: Jane: I got a snippet from Proud- In sigil - like Olbenym. Still here! Tell them" and tyhen he cut off.
  • Frislynziletheron arrives
  • While fighting the dragon, Cyrus and Lyndi have experiences
  • Jane summons her bear totem
  • Jane summons an air elemental to attack the dragon
  • Dragon knocks out Gatriel; Phobos saves her from a long fall
  • DM: > Air elemental helps support damaged lift from below
  • DM: > One crossbowman fled
  • Cyrus gets the killing blow on the dragon
  • Phobos gets the killing blow on the golem
  • The Heart of the Depths activates
  • Jane levitates and reaches out her arms
  • Eldritch voice: "You will respect the authority of She Who Claims the Last!"
  • Tendrils of dark blue and black energy surround the golem and pull out the tortured souls
  • 10 undead have been stopped

The Factors Arrive

  • Factor Clell Omri (Harmonium) and Factor Ougyl Icnod (Fraternity of Order) arrive, with two paladins
  • The Factors offer the team sanctuary, to avoid the Fated above
  • Duchess Caterina Berrett has issued a bounty for your capture or death
  • Ougyl is impressed to meet Cyrus (Dragon Knight) and Draco (Herald), mentions Emassah
  • Ougyl assures the team that his faction will take possession of the evidence, and they'll have access to it again
  • The team takes a few objects and intel
  • Bron stays behind to ensure the lift doesn't fall
  • Teleport to a nearby Unbroken Tide safehouse, a restaurant called The Happy Bariaur
