• Originally planned as the White Elm College of Mortuary Science, granted a special permit by the city
• Key donors withdrew support, other funding dried up
• Bought by a private real estate management company
• Converted into a mansion
• Current tenant is unknown
• Max also displays a series of photos of the structure from ground level, revealing its extraordinary vast electronically-tinted windows, brushed aluminum accents, and solid concrete superstructure.
• The construction and permitting was handled by Moira Alisdain. Irish-American female human; former Marine (Scout Sniper), Attorney (independent firm; she's the only listed partner); works for Connor Bradain. • Landed outside
• Ed blows the whistle, liberating the air elementals, who fly off into the night
• Heroes cut a hole in the glass
• Heroes go into through an sitting room, clear bedrooms
• Ed stealthily finds the first sentry: a ghoul with a glowing rune on his forehead
• Mélusine exploring in the vents
• Heroes continue finding and dispatching undead guards
• Zombies proved to be Black Mambas turned into zombies (so no heat signatures)
• Eventually, they hit a ghoul in the central foyer, and it screams out a supernatural alarm, forehead rune glowing
• The zombie hoard starts rushing towards the Raptors
• Jane directs Draco to block outgoing transmissions
• One zombie smashes out the window to southeast of the lobby
• One ghoul opens the doors to the south reception area
• Jane casts Spike Growth
