Erik Holloway

Erik Holloway was a white male human. He was the Senior Executive Director of Midwest Biokinetics (a division of Primex).
Erik was also an agent of the Nine Hells, working through the League of the Rusted Crown. He directed the creation of Wasteland 2.0, with metabiotic crystals. He didn't intend Wasteland 2.0 to be sold on the Chicago black market.
He was executed by Primex November 28, 2017. See below.
Holloway's Execution
Primex contacts Max, letting her know they'll send a car for Riggs and anyone else. Lyndi and Riggs agree that Riggs can go alone. In the car, the guard in the backseat gives Riggs an electronic ID badge to wear.
The car takes Riggs to the Primex Aon Center, in the Loop.
The car approaches an entrance below street level. The entrance is heavily reinforced and guarded. The external guards are inoffensive security guards in tactical vests. However, once inside, the car is met by corp troopers in heavy armor, including full face masks. Riggs is closely guarded during his entire visit.
The car parks in a private underground garage. Riggs is met by a thirty-something white human male with Eastern European features, in a utilitarian jumpsuit. He introduces himself as Doctor Viktor Bruner. "Welcome to Primex. We're expecting one other observer."
A second unmarked Primex sedan enters the garage. A tall, fit woman with light black skin and short, curly hair exits the car. She's wearing a plain charcoal business suit and black sneakers. Bruner makes introductions. "Sergeant Cyrus Riggs of R3M, meet Captain Lashell Kinton of Farwatch." Kinton is also wearing an electronic visitor badge.
The group, including three guards, takes an elevator down an indefinite number of floors. It opens on a small concrete foyer with an enclosed guard station. Bruner interacts with a biometric scanner and the group moves into a lab space. A small team of medical-technician-types in jumpsuits are standing around a wheeled, stainless-steel table. No work is being done and all the screens display a screensaver with the Primex logo. More heavy troopers are on guard around the room.
Erik Holloway is lead in by guards. He's wearing a plain Primex jumpsuit. He's gagged, visibly bruised, and moves with the stiffness of someone who has been beaten or otherwise tortured. Holloway seems to recognize Riggs but doesn't react much.
In a calm, clinical tone, Bruner says, "Erik Holloway: under the charter of Rational Ascendancy, you have been found guilty of consorting with a marauder of malevolent nature and intent. The sentence is death. As a RA signatory, Primex has taken responsibility for carrying out your sentence."
Holloway is forcibly guided to the table. He doesn't struggle. He's strapped down. One of the medical types steps forward and runs a smartphone-like device over Holloway's upper body. There's a tingle of techno-magic. Holloway startles but then closes his eyes (a Sleep spell?). The other technicians hook up IV lines from his arms to an apparatus similar to a dialysis or hemapheresis machine. Bruner dispassionately explains, "Mr. Holloway is experiencing death by rapid exsanguination. Then his body will be immolated by gas flame."
After just a few minutes, the first stage is complete. The technicians unhook the apparatus, then busy themselves around Holloway's hands, using high-pitched bone saws. His hands are covered in opaque black plastic bags. The table is wheeled to a nearby transparent panel in the wall and the body slid in. It is evidently a crematorium. The second stage is quickly carried out. Riggs can see the body burn.
Afterwards, Bruner offers a vial of Holloway's blood (still warm) and one of his finger bones (in a plastic bag) to Kinton. He offers the same to Riggs.
Bruner says, "Additional vials and finger bones will be stored at multiple locations. The ashes from the body will be sealed in lead and stored in an undisclosed location. If you have any remaining questions or concerns, please address them through the usual channels."
A car returns Riggs to the Fort. The guard takes back the badge.
