The Defiant Mother is a lesser god of Sihblos. She is the patron god of the Mother's Children. She serves as an intermediary between the Children and the Humbled Crone.
The Defiant Mother was originally a Sihblosian woman who served the Crone as a priestess. The Mother was martyred at the hands of the Reavers. She became something like a saint, and later rose to full godhood.
The Defiant Mother is a face of the Partner.
