Ajami Rao is a githzerai druid and bounty hunter (she/her). Like many members of her race, Ajami is tall and long-limbed, with mottle green-gray skin. She wears functional monk's clothing and carries a magitec staff. Ajami has a watchful, cunning manner.
Ajami is searching for the source of magical discordances on the Prime Material Plane. She believes these discordances may be related to an ancient evil called the Illithid Empire. She traced a smuggler through a portal from Sigil to Chicago. She has friends at a restaurant in Little India called A Taste of Bali.
