RB 1-0: The Iowa Event

It's the evening of Saturday, October 21, 2017, in a rural part of Iowa. Amidst corn fields and country roads, the NeoCyclic Midwest R&D Center is a lonely pair of low, bland concrete buildings, surrounded by a chain link fence topped with concertina wire.

The Free Data Action Cooperative (FDAC) is an internet-based network of citizen hackers, journalists, and other activists. FDAC suspects that NeoCyclic is conducting dangerous, unethical experiments. FDAC has discovered that NeoCyclic is secretly owned by Primex Consolidated Technology Management. Primex CTM is a morally-ambiguous international corporation and thus an enduring target of FDAC interest.

FDAC has assembled an "direct action cell" of volunteers to break into the NeoCyclic compound and gather the damning evidence they're sure to find.
