Daniel Oshay is a male assembler lord. He's a tall male humanoid wearing a bodysuit of a black, rubber-like material, affixed with asymmetric pieces of matte black synthetic armor. His head is uncovered but completely without hair. His face is human-like, but his eyes are featureless black

Oshay was a brilliant technologist in the United States. He rose quickly through the ranks of the original Lazarus Society, eventually becoming a trusted lieutenant of Elias Rossman. Oshay worked undercover at Rubric, where he aided the Society in stealing a US submarine. Oshay was apprehended by Phoenix Group operatives and delivered to the FBI. Oshay turned state's evidence. Convinced that Oshay had forsworn his loyalty to Rossman and the Society, the US Attorney General gave Oshay sanctuary in the Witness Protection Program.

Following the demise of Rossman, Oshay returned to prominence as the leader of the reformed Lazarus Society. Oshay made an alliance between the Society and the Assembler Rebellion. The Assemblers transformed Oshay into an assembler lord.
