Planters are hivemind spirits that physically manifest as insectoid aliens. They're generally focused on building strongholds and neutralizing possible threats. Known subspecies include Overminds, Drones, Soldiers, and Wizbugs.

Planters and Reavers are collectively called Vyrik.
