Ru Gruthek is a corrupted Spirit of Time. He is more powerful and intelligent than a typical Kronovore.

Ru Gruthek is a powerful time spirit (he/him). His humanoid form is adorned with countless eyes, and more eyes fill the many strands that radiate from his back. His chest is an open rupture of space-time. He wears organic armor with flowing white skirts, and carries a crystal weapon that can be a great sword, two short swords, or a bow. Like all Kronovores, Ru has been corrupted by dark power. His failing form drags the fabric of existence with it, which causes both pain to Ru and nausea to living things.
