Gentlemen, esteemed leaders, my friends. Now that you have been briefed on the current state of paranormal and extraterrestrial threats, we can discuss a proper response.

I stand before you today at a pivotal moment in our history. We are on the cusp of a new, so-called Warsaw Pact. This is a direct response to our creation of NATO. It signifies a deepening divide in the global geopolitical landscape.

The upcoming Geneva Summit, bringing together leaders from the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and France, is also a critical juncture. We must equip our delegation with more effective options, especially in light of recent intelligence.

Our sources indicate that 'Comrade' Nikita Khrushchev has wasted no time since assuming the premiership. The Reds are rapidly advancing secret research in areas previously unexplored by modern science, including aerospace and arcane magic. Their ambitious agenda presents both a threat and an opportunity.
