Orbital Array

The orbital array is at least 90 space stations or "platforms" orbiting Sihblos. They sustain the Great Freeze, keeping the planet in a perpetual ice age.
About the Platforms
A typical platform is about 900 meters wide. The platforms were built by the Reaver Combine as part of their colonization of the planet. The platforms were taken over by rebelling slaves. With the power of the Humbled Crone, the platforms were repurposed to create and maintain the Great Freeze.
The platforms are cloaked and vary their orbital heights and paths in an intricate pattern. Each platform has a distinct or even unique design. It is unclear whether the Reavers built the platforms differently or if the platforms have transformed over time (under the influence of the Crone). At least some platforms have domes of atmosphere over the top. Entire ecosystems thrive in these domes, preserving flora and fauna from before the Freeze. However, at least some domes also have Reavertec experiments still active/alive.
