Sihblosan evolved from Old Norse.

Sihblosan is the official language of the Free Republic of Sibhlos. This means that all government business and records are in Sihblosan. However, the government is very accommodating to a variety of languages, especially in voting and accessing the Square.

Some Earth languages are also spoken, especially in expat communities with relevant sub-communities. These include Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, German, and Russian.

Similarly, some multiversal languages are spoken in relevant sub-communities, including Sylvan, Gnomish, Goblin, and Orcish.

Reaveric is the language of Reavers. Some native Sihblosians maintain fluency in Reaveric, especially literacy, in order to deal with reaver-tec when they find it. Speaking Reaveric aloud is offensive to many Sihblosians.

Other multiversal languages are rare but still known by some beings, including Abyssal, Celestial, Deep Speech, Draconic, Infernal, and Primordial.
