Popular languages on Sihblos, from most common to least, are:

- English
- Elvish
- Dvarn
Some Earth languages are also spoken, especially in expat communities with relevant sub-communities. These include Spanish, Mandarin, German, and Russian.
Similarly, some multiversal languages are spoken relevant sub-communities, including Sylvan, Gnomish, Goblin, and Orcish.
Reaveric is the language of Reavers. Some native Sihblosians maintain fluency in Reaveric, especially literacy, in order to better deal with reaver-tec when they find it. Speaking Reaveric aloud is offensive to many Sihblosians.
Other multiversal languages are rare but still known by some beings, including Abyssal, Celestial, Deep Speech, Draconic, Infernal, and Primordial.
