Marcos Martí is an affable Latinx human engineer(he/him). He has kind, brown eyes and a ready smile. He's wearing a light blue lab coat with the DC Water logo and a matching ID badge, over a brown cable knit sweater, black rubber waders, and heavy rubber boots. He's carrying a sturdy, waterproof shoulder bag, also with the DC Water logo. Marcos tends to stick to the shadows in any space, or perhaps the shadows stick to Marcos.
