Mission Report

Team: Lyndi Fletcher (Aslene), Jane Irwin (Cael), Proud Flame (Aunne), Shiro (DragoN), Kromrak (Sielic), Isabelica (Basil), Sylvena (Daewendriel), Farida (Kitsunewill)

In the Keyes Lab, the team does post-battle tasks. They finish and depart, now accompanied by Ruby Bridges' light cruiser. They slip out of the Yalod Angara system and travel two days to the Marlene's Citadel system. They enter warily, under cloak. They find signs of a comprehensive attack that decimated the defenses and left no one alive. They cautiously enter the station, where they meet a powerful being who calls himself Aedin. He says, "I know you. I met Draco Young and Cyrus Riggs. I absorbed them."

  • Farida arrives via divine magic.
  • Aslene takes the remaining embryos of world seed prospects, and additional data from the research hub.
  • Shiro takes drones tech.
  • Sylvena takes world seed research data, and looks for data on her special interests (e.g., Enduring Frame, Sensates).
  • Belica takes spell files.
  • Kromrak takes the book that Brightmantle designated, with the secret log of Keyes Lab clients/patients.
  • Proud takes Death Dragons' organizational ops data, including buyers and sellers.
  • Jane gets permission to kickstart the ecosystem with a coral reef.
  • Nasha explains her plan to use and expand the Keyes Lab as a sanctuary for her people who turn away from Lolth.
  • Bron plants Jane magical seed away from the Keyes Lab, sealing up the infiltration tunnel in the process.

Belica helps Dom the fear form hydra go home, to his afterlife.

  • Denah Kari locks the world seed info in the Raptors' minds (including Max and Bron). (You can't speak of it to anyone else, and it can't be learned by others, unless they can overcome Denah Kari's lock on it.)
  • Sylvena sends a message to Gatriel via Denah.
  • One of the Skyblue Cadets, Cecil Goodman (they/them, shifter) remain at the lab, as a liaison and to study.
  • Myriad remains to help Nasha rebuild the lab.
  • Lyndi gives a drow embryo to Nasha, after it's blessed by Lyndi, Jane, Belica, Kromrak, Farida, and Sylvena, in their various ways. Lyndi also gives Farida an embryo from Amonkhet, to raise among the refugees on New Amonkhet. It also gets blessed.
  • Lt. Skyguard raises her concerns about the Assemblers. Lyndi gives her counsel.
