Dr. Arthur "Nails" Kelly is a white human. Nails created Raptor Blue and serves as the team's handler.

Nails is a white human fixer (he/him). He's of medium height with broad shoulders, wearing a gray, chalk-striped three-piece wool suit and black silk tie. He's in at least his late thirties, with age and worry etched around his dark eyes.

Arthur "Nails" Kelley is built like a tank: 6'2", 220 lbs, with thick muscles, a craggy face, and brooding eyes. His demeanor is watchful and controlled. Nails has the dark features of an Italian or a Spaniard, including short black hair, dark brown eyes, and a neat black beard and mustache. He's handsome in a classic way, but he often looks haunted, with the deep lines and baggy eyes of chronic sleep deprivation. These clues conflict, but it's safe to say he's older than 30 and younger than 50.
Nails is wearing a crisply-tailored suit of light gray wool, and a pair of tasseled brown loafers. His dress shirt is a pale blue, with a precisely-knotted dark crimson tie. He's carrying a well-worn brown leather shoulder-bag, or else it's probably nearby. He wears a slim silver bracelet on his right wrist, inscribed with Hope * Courage * Faith, punctuated with small teal jewels.
