Mechadead are mechanized undead. Necromancers on many different worlds have experimented with "improving" undead by implanting and/or grafting on weapons, armor, and various enhancements.
The Adintec Conspiracy has used mechadead extensively, including Caterina Berrett. The power of bloodstones allows members of the conspiracy to build unusually powerful, sturdy mechadead.
