Myriad & the Roving Guard (intel provided to Raptor Blue by Myriad)
Myriad was at the Battle of Quarenzend and watched the Roving Guard fall and be captured. They took a blood sample from each Unbound hero, hoping to target a teleportation extraction. However, they lost the Roving Guard. Instead, they followed another group to Earth and NeoCyclic in Iowa.
The NeoCyclic researchers built a portal using jumpgate technology. First they reinforced their magical perimeter, preventing Unbound from entering. The perimeter also prevented Myriad from leaving. (Lyndi Fletcher was already a Level 0 Unbound, so it's unclear how she was able to enter.)
