RMJ 1-8: Freeing Uncle Sweetmoss

Team: Aoibhe (Dae), Key (Dragon), Magni (absent), Pebble (Basil), Reezelyn (Aslene), Wraith (Mike)

We found the next beast locked by a red iron crab: a giant elk named Uncle Sweetmoss. When we engaged it, another locked beast changed course to intercept us: a giant hawk named Rage of Nimbus. In both cases, we were able destroy the crab without killing the host. Reezelyn used Animal Friendship to prevent a direct fight. Wraith tried using a water hose but found success with our walker’s shields and leg sheathes. Aoibhe got the killing blow on the second crab. We recovered some damaged crab pieces. The crabs were recently built. Pebble started first aid for the elk aboard our walker.
