Callahan "Cal" Taylor is a cabbie ghost (he/him). When he chooses to be seen, he's a semi-translucent Human with Irish-American ancestry. Cal has unkept black hair and sideburns. He's wearing a much-loved denim cap, a cardigan the color of old lettuce, a stained white undershirt, corduroy slacks, and scuffed brown shoes. His large hands have old scars, perhaps from boxing. Cal usually has a cigar in his mouth.

Cal was an Army Ranger Master Sergeant. He retired and drove a cab in Washington, DC. He took side jobs as a wheel man for covert action teams.
