Expatriates or "Expats" are immigrants to Sihblos. Most Expats are:
- Human
- From Earth
- Recent immigrants (arriving after 1999)
- Citizens of the Free Republic of Sihblos
Many of the early Expats were pioneers and built simple homesteads. Over time, they've grown into villages and towns. These settlements were heavily relying on support flowing through New Liberty from Earth and other worlds. This especially include joules to power defensive systems.
