The Phoenix Group is a non-governmental organization dedicated to paranormal research, maintaining the Breakwater, and protecting innocent beings in the Closeness. The Group originated as a US government initiative, but declared their independence during the First Farwatch Purge.
Members of the Phoenix Group include the Astral Team, Sentinel Red, and other various past and present teams of Unbound heroes. The Group uses Sentinel Consulting and the Talarin Corporation as fronts. The Group’s early history included a shadow war against Elias Rossman.
Zenith participates in the NGO Bloc of the Louisiana Chapter of RA through the Phoenix Group.
