The Traveler is cleverness, improvisation, and adaptation. It is the funny trickster, the cunning magician, and the itinerant sage.

Tessera's one moon is called the Traveler and it has an erratic orbit (28-49 days).

The Vagabond is the shadow of the Traveler.

Notable Faces of the Traveler include Hermes (aka Mercury), Erevan Ilesere (elven trickster god), Coyote, and Lusifee (a Wabanaki spirit).

A Traveler Song

Lyndi puts a hand on the wheel, just to get one moment longer before you pull out, and then she leans out the open window and locates the moon.  In a sing song voice that has a rhythm built in, she sings to the moon.  The first time through the words are in Passamaquoddy, the second time in English.
