Factor Clell Omri is a dragonborn wizard (L15+, she/her). She's a slim female dragonborn woman with green scales and intelligent eyes. She exudes competence and authority. Clell wears elegant evergreen robes of heavy wool, chased with subtle red runes. She carries a long silver staff capped with a stylized emerald in the shape of a planet with rings around it.
Clell is close friends with Ougyl Icnod.
