The Unbroken Tide is an organized resistance to the [[League of the Rusted Crown]]. It's decentralized to limit the damage of any intelligence or military loss. The Tide wants to free slaves and bring justice to slavers. Different members of the Tide have different ideas about what "justice" should mean.
