Gar Velen (they/them) is a revered folk hero among the Sihblosian nomads. They have long, silver hair often braided with blue frostweave, piercing ice-blue eyes, and skin kissed by the wind. They wear a coat of white bear fur and carry a spear tipped with glacial crystal. Their garments slowly shimmer with frost patterns, symbolizing their bond with the ice.
