Corq is a small village in the Arrowhead Territory of the southern Neutral Zone, on the continent of Oban on the world of [[Tessera]]. Corq is just across the Azure River from Fort Coldheart.

Corq has a population of about 1500 citizens, including some of the nearest farms. Most citizens are human.

The chief industries are fishing and lumber. Dried, salted fish is shipped by land both east and west. Wood and fish are shipped west by river. Corq isn't along the fastest route between the Empire and the Republic, but enough travelers take the northern branch of the Chariot Road to bring some traffic through the village.

== History ==

At the start of the Bloodstone War, Corq was part of the Arrowhead Duchy of the [[Shangon Empire]]. The village and nearby fort were assaulted several times by Republic forces but always held.

When the truce created the Neutral Zone, Corq became an independent settlement.
