Mission Report

Tuesday, March 16, 2027 ((2026-11-01))<br/>
Operatives: Aslene, DK, Stream, Rabbit

The team was joined by Thornstride and Emberclaw. The operatives raced to Serenity Cove via the Green Dark, while the Super 7 flew across the channel. The team found the assimilated Bulette bombarding Serenity Cove's shield. The Super 7 came into firing range and disabled the Bulette. DK teleported the team aboard the burning ship. They fought sentry copters and brass hornets - a new P-Bot type. The Vyrik Cortex named Solemn Obedience hid among the hornets. Rabbit took some wounds but resisted Obedience's attempts to puppet her. Stream's drone disabled the hornet with Obedience and then Stream destroyed the Vyrik spirit itself. The team helped mop up the rest of the besieging forces.

* More siege P-Forms and P-Marked coming from south and east, which are engaged by other Unbound and NPCs in Serenity Cove
* Titan Mechs to south gate
* Rabbit (Jack Harrison): Rabbit pauses. She works her jaw. Her gums itch. She rubs them with a finger and blinks. Well, that was different. Kinda copol though. "Alight, Avalora. Let's show 'em what happens when you fight a bagder in its its den."
* Rabbit (Jack Harrison): Rabbit grins. "WE got a saying among us mercs. My idea of help from above is a gunner on the roof."
* Hornet 20: not Solemn Obedience
* 24 has Solemn Obedience
* Rabbit (Jack Harrison): There is another snarl like ripping canvas that comes from Rabbit's comms, both there and in the swift. It's a bit feral, and sounds liquidy on the edges- but uncowed.
* Rabbit (Jack Harrison): Rabbit takes a moment to hold her side and spit pink. Her white teeth in her cracked helmet show in the holes and peices- they're pink now.... and sharp, actually. No human has teeth like that, canines made for ripping flesh. As bloodied as her face is, the red makes the green of her one showing eye epop, and the effect echoes the feral edge in her voice when she said /let's see who dies first/.
* Rabbit (Jack Harrison): For mellowyn: the primary breaches are in her helmet, the cracked abd broken faceplate there, and a gash along her side. Blood streaks her face and side, but she looks less pale and feral- though her teeth remain sharp.
* Mellowyn: prototype Planter OS for bots not yet designed
* Rabbit: language weapon that makes target unable to comprehend or express their language(s)
* Stream: Planter mass order transceiver

TOA 5-1: Bulette Rebuilt & Farwatch Dropship

Operatives: Aslene, DK, Stream, Alara

The operatives talked further with Mariselle and Thalindra at the boathouse. DK and Alara helped the lesser spirits make repairs and nurture plants. Ink notified the team that the Bulette wreck was active and that the Farwatch cruiser had arrived in orbit. Aboard the Super-7, the operatives sped north. Farwatch crashed a hypersonic dropship into Stormsong Island, near Beta Module's original landing site. Meanwhile, the Bulette emerged, rebuilt as a giant Vyrik-like head, and headed towards Serenity Cove. It deployed a fast landing craft towards the dropship site. After a hasty discussion, the operatives headed towards the site, too. On route, Mellowyn summoned giant octopi to attack the landing craft. The craft had biomech crab walkers onboard that fought back, unsuccessfully. The craft also deployed copter drones before crashing into shore. Alara and Stream's drones took out these last P-forms. The operatives found five cargo containers in the dropship debris, which they hastily loaded into the Super-7.

* Off screen: SC sends Freddy D and people to move food from boathouse to SC
* Another time jump: it's Tuesday, March 16
